No flashing possible on Shelly 1PM

Hi.
sorry but I can't flash my 1PM.

I tried to flash older versions of shellys own firmware. It's working. Now it shows me to update to the newest.
But I can't flash tasmota on it...
here is the same.... :-(
The same with the Shelly L1, it responds but no network is created.
