Real-world applications

We all know that while RL is great at video games when you throw a lot of duct tape and GPUs at it, it isn't quite there for the real world yet. Still, hopefully we could include some practical applications (beyond seq2seq) to make our course more deserving of its name.
Some ideas:
- Ad placement
- Trading
- AlphaFold
