Set paths permanently

Hi,
I'm trying to use the python interpreter api on android, but it gives me an error when py_initialize is called. My guess is that it is related to environment config. So, is there a way to configure env, as env.sh does but, permanently?

adb logcat reports the following:
05-12 21:07:05.097 W/cadero.Project( 3861): Accessing hidden method Landroid/system/Os;->()V (greylist-max-o, JNI, denied)
