[Feature request] Blur effect should affect titlbar as well

Right now the blur effect for the mainWindow only affects the mainContainer.
In other words: the menubar is still displayed unblur'ed and is still useable.
This should be changed - so that the menubar itself is not useable if the settings UI is open.
Question: how does this affects macOS? As the titlebar is handled totally different there?
