Consider adding formatter feature (use "nginxfmt")

Description

I made a temporary implementation of coc-nginx to work integrate nginxfmt.

However, I think it would be better to have a formatter feature in nginx-language-server itself.

It would be better if it is available for other LSP client plugins besides coc.nvim.

I've already suggested it in an issue of nginx-language-server. pappasam/nginx-language-server#9
