Python 3.12 and pyo3 0.19

Hello.

In Fedora, we are moving towards Python 3.12 and the next release (Fedora 39) will have it as the main Python interpreter. I've received notification from @decathorpe that only PyO3 v0.19.2 (and later) will ever properly support Python 3.12.

Is there any plan to update PyO3 here to the latest version?

I forgot to mention that I maintain this project as an RPM package in Fedora as a part of the JupyterLab/Notebook stack.
