Time of Day Time zone

Time of day routes are based on the time zone of the server.
When the server is located in a different time zone than the user, this can
lead TOD firing at the wrong times (from the user perspective).

you can set the timezone per user ..... under account settings.

Set the timezone in the global dialplan entry which can be set per domain and
applies to each call that uses the dialplan.
