Support for excluded comment types in the comment connector

There is a way to exclude post types in the posts connector, but no way to exclude comment types in the comments connector.
Example comment types include comment, trackback, pingback, and with WooCommerce, order_note.
The ability to exclude comment types from being tracked by the comments connector should be added.
