GPL should not forbid commercial use.

This software is released under the GPL license, but the copyright statement in the README file demands that commercial use needs the permission from the author. This statement conflicts with the GPL license.
We should either remove this statement and makes commercial use free without requiring permission, or explicitly state that it is an exception to the GPL license.
