Special chars not working with caps lock active

Hi! i'm using with profit this keyboard layout, but i've noticed a strange behaviour, having the caps lock active makes the special chars like this one _ (shift + -), basically everything who requires the shift just not works.
Is it something have you noticed too ?

I'm experiencing the behavior you described but it looks like it is just running Vim; at least in the terminal and browser LOOKS_LIKE_IS_WORKING_AS_IT_SHOULD
The alternative that you shared fixes the issue but then on terminal keybindings like Ctrl+u, Ctrl+a, Ctrl+e, etc, stop working, making it worse 🙃
I can't find anything particular on my Vim configuration that could be affecting it, so... really strange.
