Feature request: expose the useMessage() hook from react-sdk

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Since there is no unique constraint on the messages table, being able to reuse the code from useMessage in react-sdk would be helpful. Specifically, it would be helpful to pre-cache messages for some conversations before useMessages is used
