Will XIM related APIs be added?

Hi, sorry to bother you. I see in the source that XIM related APIs are omitted. Will they be added? X11-XIM does not seem to be continued.
I am happy to apply any patches submitted, but am not currently planning on writing additional code for the X11 package.
