iOS version requirement for Bender

the website says "Bender works on iOS 9+" but the github readme says 10.0+. From our testing it seems Bender needs 10.0+.
It was designed to work on iOS 9+, but we haven't tested on it for a while. However, there's few market with iOS 9 iPhones right now, and the devices don't seem to be efficient for Bender, so we'll change the website.
