[FR] Allow for skills to be broken into multiple columns

Currently only the "Featured Skills" do that, but not everybody likes that scoring/grading system.

Having skills broken under multiple columns can save a considerable amount of space.

I think keeping things one column is an explicit design goal because unfortunately most resume parsing systems mangle multi-column data.
