Out of the box Alfred Telemetry HealthReporter

The HealthReporter extension point can be used to plugin any desired reporting mechanisme.
It would be nice to have an implementation that can export information, via Alfred Telemetry, to several monitoring systems. This way it would be possible to get detailed insight and even couple some alerts to specific HealthProcessor plugins.
