How to send each packet detail header to a static (IP) to keep records while capturing?

While capturing how to send each packet header information to a specific static IP address on the same network for keeping records.
Erm, however you wish to? Set up some communication channel to that other host and put packet data into that? This is not really a question that's specific to any of the tools in this repository, though, and nor is it a bug. So going to close this issue.
