Diff with previous views

Maybe the page should show stuff like "+50 downloads since your last visit" (and also show when that last visit was); that would require some caching. Also that logic should only be done on a per-release basis, as when a release gets deleted it would show "-500 downloads since your last visit" if the total was also diffed
