[BUG] Music notation doesn't work in slides

Describe the bug

When I use abcjs to include music notation in a RemarkJS slide using an abc-fenced code block, it appears to generate an SVG to replace the code block as usual, but within a container that is invisible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a slide with content such as that in https://story.xaprb.com/slides/adirondack/#26
  2. The slide's content area appears blank where there should be sheet music.

Expected behavior
There should be sheet music in the place of the abc-fenced code block.
