Support member_role_id for GroupSAMLLink apis

currently the go library is missing the ability to set the member_role_id during AddGroupSAMLLink as documented here:

Thanks @djrichar, I came here to do the same thing! @svanharmelen could we get a new release of this when possible please?
Oops I see it was in the latest tag, thank you
