adding nugets metapackages

It seems I can't add packages including other packages, for instance, while trying to add xunit nuget, workbooks returned (1,1): error CS0006: Metadata file 'xunit' could not be found. Is it possible to get all nugets available from the workbooks menus to load properly? thanks
