modgui load error

On a fast trial , I could not get the modgui to load.
the only reference to it is in manifest
manifest.ttl:@prefix modgui: <http://moddevices.com/ns/modgui#> .
I copied the modgui folder where its supposed to be but still could not make it run.
Any ideas ?
