When i Move Left Analog, the arrows are pressed too, When i move Right Analog the buttons are pressed too ( A, Y, B, X)

I cannot play games anymore because when i move my analogs almost all the buttons in the controller are pressed together
in this image i was only pressing LA to te left, and as you can see the arrow was doing so too
