Mind the limited URL length when sharing

Although RFCs explicitly say that servers should be able to handle requests to URLs of any unbound length, the reality is they never do. The length considered "somewhat safe" is around 2000 symbols.

Since haring is done by base64-encoding the data, the resulting URL can easily exceed that limit, and the sharing dialog must warn user about it.
