Certain tiles should have natural resources that don't occur in most other tiles.
For example
- Granite
- Water
- Metals
- Spiritual significance
These natural resources should be a condition for specific types of buildings to be built there, such as
- Stone quarries
- Fisheries
- Forges
- Pilgrimage sites
