Getting:

RedMeat> ERROR: Patterns ['<a href="(\\.\\./\\d{4}-\\d{2}-\\d{2}/index\\.html)">previous</a>'] not found at URL http://www.redmeat.com/redmeat/current/index.html.

Looks like site has changed to be:
http://www.redmeat.com/max-cannon/FreshMeat

We believe that the issue you reported is fixed in the source repository of dosage which can be found under:
https://github.com/wummel/dosage
