Constant sutter

There is a near constant stutter in my iPhone 13's video feed
Hey! Could you let me know:
- Your operating system
- which version of OBS Studio you're running
- which version of the ios-camera-source plugin you're using
I do know about an issue where on Windows using OBS 28 (RC1) and v2.9.2 of the ios-camera-plugin there is a lot of unacceptable stutter. I'm working on a fix right now.

OS: Windows 11 Insider 25182.1000
OBS: 28.0-RC1
Plugin ver: 2.8
I did just try updating to 2.9.3 which has helped a mejority of the stuttering, this is a small stutter every second or two but that is a lot more managable
When set to wide angel it stutters and at 60fps can even corrpt a few frames but when set to "dual camera" even tho it is using the same camera it does not stutter at all
