Add ability to delete all trailing spaces

Preferably with a nice keyboard shortcut!
My Vim plugin to highlight trailing spaces provides a :FixWhitespace command for this; I miss it in this plugin.
Sorry, I missed the closed issues when I checked to see if this was a thing already (#1). I didn't realize I had to save a buffer for it to take effect.
