"Other Notes" links broken

I read in the FAQ that WP-CLI instructions were available on the "Other Notes" tab. When clicked, I see
No "Other Notes" tab, and none of the tabs included the instructions. The URL is cut off, but it is https://wordpress.org/plugins/php-compatibility-checker/#other_notes
(I found the instructions for wp phpcompat <version> on the github site.)
