Add next steps to the create an app page

In https://developers.wpengine.com/docs/headless/guides/getting-started/create-app, the links for the app contain no directions about what settings to enter in the Admin panel. This is because that step is in the "Deploying your app" section of the docs.
Make the end of these directions more clear so that the user knows the next step beyond following the side nav.
