Failed installation, dependency conflicts from locked versions of other packages.

Was able to satisfy most package version requirements but am now getting conflicts with symfony/console v4.4.8. I have another package that requires symfony/console 3.4 ^.
Is there any possibility of support for symfony/console 3.4^?
