Better folder structure for SURF specific app

With the introduction of the NMS GUI we could think about new folder structure for the components of the surf specific app.
- Rename all components from Wfo... to Surf... in the surf specific app.
- Add folder SurfServiceTickets that contains all service tickets related components
- Add folder SurfNms that contains all NMS related components
