Include host version in integrate step for patch releases

For patch releases (e.g. a beta fix), the integrate command requires the host version. We are already including it in the command displayed in the Create the Release section, but not in Publish the Release.

Example:
Current command displayed: gbm-cli release integrate 1.114.1
Expected command: gbm-cli release integrate 1.114.1 -V 24.4
