Add more smart album folders to the group picker

In the Photos app, you can favorite photos and they are added to a Favorites album. A user noted that they use this to keep track of the best photos they take (i.e. the photos they want to share). However, the Favorites album doesn't show up in the album selector in the media picker. Adding the Favorites album would make it easier to find and upload these photos, especially when there are a lot of other photos on the device.
