streamwall user should be configured with appropriate profile configuration to connect to DBUS

We'll need to add this into the .profile generation of the streamwall user for easier systems administration of the streamwall services:

export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS=unix:path=/run/user/1001/bus

This should be added into base. Possibly just added default for all users.
