can anybody reproduce the accuracy on amazon to webcam in the paper??

I ran the code of pytorch and only get accuracy of 0.60. After that I ran the code published by that paper's auther which is built on caffe, but still, I only get accuracy of 0.60.... Can anaybody help??? plzp
