Shareing basic types with cxx-qt

I have opened an issue in cxx-qt here to see if there is any way qmetaobject and cxx-qt can share the underlying Qt types.

I would like input from people here as well about this since I am not familiar enough with the differences between rust-cpp and cxx crates to know how feasible this is.
