Known issue: Station name not encoded to BUFR

In both of the mapping files, the station name is encoded with data:station_id which is the traditional station identifier obtained from the report, not the corresponding station name in the metadata file.
This has been fixed in branch rory-s4-fix and will be included in the next release.
