hey there, any chance you are using a raspberry too? got a similar error and it was related to the certbot image.
you need one for ARM processor architecture, so you have to adjust the docker-compose.yml.

I've replaced it with the arm image and this error is gone.
Still have some other issues, but they're most likely not related...
