Implement www<=>non-www redirection

An awesome feature for TLD would be to redirect www<=>non-www.
It is something I really miss for a plugin aimed at domains !

Interesting. I typically setup this type of redirection with in a CNAME DNS record. Also, looks like https://github.com/Mordred/dokku-redirects-plugin might be for you.
