Problem Import OBJ Files before crash

hello,
I have a problem with Instant meshes. A customer send me a 3d model created by photogrammetry 's technic. I imported this model into Instant meshes to retropologize the meshe. But i had this message that you can see on the capture image before crash of Instant meshes. I join a image capture of the 3d model too. How can i resolve this problem. Thank you.
