Stats look crappy in Internet Explorer

Can't seem to get Internet Explorer to follow styling that Chrome and Firefox easy conform to. Unless someone else wants to fix this, I'm no longer even testing in Internet Explorer.

Added IE9.js in commit 69ce221 to attempt a fix, but, only fixes a few things related to tables. Doesnt help with formatting/layout or dygraph divs.

Merged pull request #24 to help mitigate this issue. I will test on some other machines and see how it goes before closing this issue.
