WheelPicker - Header style isn't applied on wheelpicker

Description

When using the "useWheelPicker"={true}, all the style for the topBar disappear

Steps to reproduce

1.Use the Picker component
2. Set the useWheelPicker props to true
3. Set some style and others in topBarProps props
4. See that style are not applied

Expected behavior

The style should be applied to modified the design of the topBarProps

Actual behavior

The style stay the basic one, but change if you remove the useWheelPicker props
