Arrows next to categories too dark to see when dropped down on Dark theme-NoMica on Windows 11

See the red square? When you drop down the arrow to uncollapse the list it's too dark to see until you mouseover it.
I think it should always been visible even if you don't mouseover it since the arrow is now facing down and items that people click on should be clearly visible.
