Upload freezes the App on MacOS until the upload is complete

Hello,

when dragging and dropping (or CMD+V) a file/image onto the Wire app on MacOS 12.4, the app freezes for a moment until the upload is complete. Maybe a better option would be to make the upload async, like in telegram. There you can drop a file send it quickly already before it was uploaded successfully, which does not block the entire process and makes the communication more smooth.
