Monitor filesystem for changes

Now that I'm using Dropbox to sync, it would be useful for Corpus to pick up changes without a restart (at the moment, it reads note content at startup and caches everything, assuming that it is the only thing on the system changing the files).
Solution is whack, but too lazy to implement anything fancier for now.
