Pasting in reverse

Ok when ever I use ctrol a to hight light and right clip to copy text on the net when I go to paste it paste backwards do that the top begins at the bottom of the page instead of the top for example search google for winrar use Ctro A to high light and right click to copy list show then paste in word processor and its backward meaning it so what should be the top of the page is now at the bottom
I have tried this (Supermium 126 - XP SP3 - pasting to Notepad) and the information was in the correct order. I'll have to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
I am using verson 121 so to a install problem with the new version
