Blocked websites still show up in the right infobox

For some websites, Google displays additional information from Wikipedia and other sources on the right of the search results list. I noticed that if I search for a website that I blocked, this information is still displayed.
Can you please hide that information as well?
Just like I said in #30:
The HTML notation of ads might be different from regular search result. So I might need to update the dom crawler to hide result prefixed by "Ad".
I also need to update the crawler to do this, it might be tougher, but I will give it a try. :)
