This is an amazing project, and I think adding it to brew.sh would make it even more attractive to macOS users!

Yes, that would be nice.

But as far as I know, anyone can commit it to the homebrew-core repository as long as it meets the relevant requirements.

Note: Normally you don't make Bottles directly, they are built automatically by the CI process.
