XPRA client fails to connect

Problem
Stata XPRA tale was working Friday 2021-12-17 20:10 EDT). Began seeing below error Monday 2021-12-20 8:32 EDT. Issue can be reproduced on staging, likely caused by 12/19 release of Xpra-html5 client.
