Bug description
Bookmarks don't import if I choose to import from bookmarks.html file.

To Reproduce

Settings
Bookmarks tab
Import
Choose FILE_NAME.html file

Details:

Operating System: Windows 10
Wexond version: 5.2.0

I tried to import bookmarks from another browser and it worked. But I can only import bookmarks from the bookmarks toolbar folder, at this moment browser can't import bookmarks from my other folders.
